We received excellent customer service from Barrett at the store in Little River. He listened to our needs and found us the perfect furniture set. We also had it delivered in just a few days. It is nice that they honor Veterans and apply an additional discount. I also want to give a shout out to their service department. There was a click sound with one of the recliners and they were out to fix it the next day. The service technician had it corrected in just a few minutes. We have another piece ordered and can’t wait to add it to our new home in a few weeks.

Geralyn Marshburn did a wonderful job helping us redecorate and choose new furniture for our great room. She listened to what we wanted and helped us with color schemes to our liking. Very patient and professional with a great attitude. Geralyn came to our home to make sure what we were choosing would fit our space. Once furniture arrived to the warehouse Geralyn made an appointment that was convenient for us and arrived at the same time as the delivery was made. Clay and Devon who made the delivery were professional. All furniture was placed according to our needs. All in all it was a very painless experience and we would highly recommend Geralyn Marshburn and J&K Home Furnishings for all your furniture and decorating needs.

This is a great place to buy furniture. Our sales person was Michael. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and was not pushy. We bought a leather sectional with a warranty at a fair price. J&K will match their competition with a proof of pricing. I highly recommend J@K and Michael. He is the very best salesman by far.

Stopped in at J&K Home Furnishings, Little River, looking for a chair for our living room, we met up with Roy the Sales Manager and Geralyn our salesperson and not only did we get a good deal but it was a lot of fun making this purchase. OBTW this was our second purchase from J&K and I suspect there will be a few more in the future.

Lisa was fantastic and super patient with my colorblind eyeballs!! We went from one designer to the next, but ultimately went with what we both liked sitting on. jade & kailani couch, chair, with matchy matchy pillows. Looking forward to delivery!! We will be back for other pieces in the near future!!

Built a new home and was recommended to visit J&K Furniture in Little River, SC. So glad we did! Geralyn (our designer, our furniture therapist😀 and now our friend) was absolutely fantastic. We like brands like Smith Brothers, Mavin and Canadel and J&K had them all! With tons of furniture knowledge and even more patience (yes, we are a little picky lol), Geralyn was able to help us with our modern coastal looks for our living room, bedroom, study, bar stools and dining room (just ordered) and we love it!!! Her attention to detail plus quick responses to the 900 questions I had for her weekly, definitely helped put us at ease 😀 Kudos to Roy the manager as well. I don’t want to forget the delivery team, they were very professional, on time and super neat. Just a few minutes ago, Geralyn found us the perfect Uttermost lamps for our living room and bedroom. Been in a month, still have accessories and art to hang, here are some first pass pics Thanks to all for exceeding our expectations!!!

We just replaced Living, Dining and Family Room furnishings as part of a major renovation project. Geralyn Marshburn, our design consultant at J&K was beyond exceptional from start to finish of this substantial project. She picked beautiful pieces to complement our paint colors. She was patient, thoughtful and professional throughout. The result was an absolutely beautiful transformation of our home! We couldn't be happier. She was also on site and "in charge" of the installation and Clay, Ford, and Devon did a phenomenal job of making sure everything was assembled exactly right. We didn't need to adjust a single thing! This was as close to perfection as any customer service experience I've had recently.
